The water treatment, through activated sludge systems, allows the release of completely purified wastewater into the lagoon.

This careful overall vision of the project has been recognized with numerous publications and awards, including the "Raffaele Sirica 2010" award for the best recovery achieved in the last ten years in Italy and the first European Color award in 2011.

The penthouse is located in the heart of the Venice Lagoon, near the Santa Lucia Station, a few minutes from the main services and monuments of the city and has a characteristic structure made of steel and wood with a ceiling in exposed beams and marble floors. glass and wood.
